Elderflower Sparkling Pineapple
A refreshing and bubbly cocktail featuring the delicate notes of elderflower liqueur combined with the tropical flavor of pineapple, finished with sparkling wine for a sparkling twist.
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add 1.5 ounces of elderflower liqueur and 2 ounces of fresh pineapple juice to the mixing glass.
- Stir well to combine and chill the mixture.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled champagne flute.
- Top with 3 ounces of sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and an edible flower.
