Instructions
- Chill a champagne flute.
- In a mixing glass, combine 1.5 oz of elderflower liqueur and 2 oz of pomegranate juice with ice.
- Stir gently to mix the ingredients.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled champagne flute.
- Top with 3 oz of sparkling water.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds and a sprig of mint.
