Instructions
- Chill a champagne flute in the freezer or with ice water for a few minutes.
- In a mixing glass, combine elderflower liqueur and fresh lemon juice.
- Add ice and stir gently to chill the mixture.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled champagne flute.
- Top with sparkling wine of your choice, filling to the rim.
- Garnish with an elderflower blossom or a twist of lemon peel.
