Elderflower Sparkling Sage
A refreshing cocktail that combines floral elderflower liqueur with the herbaceous notes of sage and the effervescence of sparkling wine.
Instructions
- Muddle 2 fresh sage leaves in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add 1.5 oz of gin and 0.5 oz of elderflower liqueur to the shaker with ice.
- Shake well to combine and chill the mixture.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled champagne flute.
- Top with 3 oz of sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a sage leaf and an elderflower blossom.
