Instructions
- Chill a champagne flute.
- In a shaker filled with ice, combine 1.5 oz vodka, 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur, and 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled flute.
- Top off with 3 oz sparkling wine.
- Garnish with elderflower blossoms or a twist of lemon peel.
