Instructions
- Chill a champagne flute in the freezer for a few minutes.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of gin and 1 oz of elderflower liqueur with ice.
- Shake well until mixed and chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled champagne flute.
- Top with 3 oz of sparkling wine.
- Garnish with edible flowers or a twist of lemon peel.
