Elderflower Sunset
A refreshing cocktail that blends the floral notes of elderflower with the citrusy freshness of orange and a hint of grenadine for a beautiful sunset effect.
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour in 1.5 oz of elderflower liqueur.
- Add 2 oz of fresh orange juice.
- Top with 1 oz of soda water and stir gently to combine.
- Slowly pour 0.5 oz of grenadine down the side of the glass to create a layered effect.
- Garnish with an orange wheel and a sprig of mint.
