Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass in the freezer for a few minutes.
Step 2.
- In a shaker, combine 1.5 oz of gin, 1 oz of elderflower liqueur, and 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice.
Step 3.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
Step 5.
- Top with 2 oz of sparkling wine.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a few edible flowers on top.
