Elderflower Vesper

Instructions
- Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water and setting aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of gin, 1 oz of vodka, and 0.5 oz of elderflower liqueur.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
- Dump the ice from the cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
