Instructions
- Chill a champagne flute by placing it in the freezer for a few minutes.
- In a shaker filled with ice, combine 1.5 oz of gin, 0.5 oz of elderflower liqueur, and 1 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled champagne flute.
- Top gently with 3 oz of prosecco or sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a slice of white peach and a sprig of mint.
