Step 1.
- Chill a champagne flute in the freezer or with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a mixing glass, combine 1 oz of elderflower liqueur and 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice.
Step 3.
- Add ice and stir gently until well chilled.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled champagne flute.
Step 5.
- Top off with 3 oz of sparkling wine or prosecco.
Step 6.
- Garnish with an elderflower sprig or a twist of lemon zest.
