Instructions
- Dry shake the egg white vigorously in a cocktail shaker for about 15 seconds to create foam.
- Add the Fernet, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake again for another 15 seconds until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a few drops of Angostura bitters and a twist of lemon peel.
