Final Ward
A vibrant cocktail that combines the complex flavors of rye whiskey with the herbal notes of chartreuse and the balance of citrus.
Instructions
- Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of rye whiskey, 3/4 oz of green chartreuse, and 3/4 oz of fresh lemon juice.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
- Dump the ice water from the cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
