Flaming Dr. Pepper (Layered)
A fun and visually striking cocktail that combines the flavors of amaretto and beer with a dramatic flaming effect.
Instructions
- Fill a pint glass halfway with lager beer.
- In a shot glass, pour 1 ounce of amaretto.
- Float 1/2 ounce of high-proof rum on top of the amaretto by pouring it slowly over the back of a spoon.
- Carefully light the rum on fire with a long lighter.
- Drop the flaming shot glass into the pint glass of beer and drink immediately.
