Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice and add 2 ounces of gin.
- Add 1 ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Pour in 1/2 ounce of simple syrup.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled Champagne flute.
- Top with 3 ounces of chilled Champagne.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
