Instructions

Step 1.
- Chill a champagne flute.
Step 2.
- In a shaker, combine 2 ounces of gin, 1 ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of sugar.

- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.

- Strain the mixture into the chilled champagne flute.
