Step 1.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Step 2.
- Add 1.5 oz gin, 0.5 oz lemon juice, and 0.5 oz simple syrup to the shaker.
Step 3.
- Shake well until chilled.
Step 4.
- Strain into a champagne flute.
Step 5.
- Top off with 3 oz of champagne.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a lemon twist. Serve immediately.
