Instructions
- Chill a champagne flute in the refrigerator or by filling it with ice water for a few minutes.
- In a shaker, combine 1 oz of gin and 2 oz of peach puree.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake gently to mix and chill.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled champagne flute.
- Top with 2 oz of sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh peach on the rim.
