Gin Caipiroska
A zesty twist on the classic Brazilian Caipirinha, the Gin Caipiroska combines the freshness of lime with the botanical flavors of gin.
Instructions
- Cut the lime into small wedges and place them in an Old Fashioned glass.
- Add the sugar to the glass with the lime.
- Using a muddler, gently crush the lime and sugar together to release the juice and dissolve the sugar.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the gin over the ice.
- Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
- Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim of the glass.
