Step 1.
- Chill a flute glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to cool.
Step 2.
- In a shaker, add 1 oz of gin and 1/2 oz of fresh lemon juice.
Step 3.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled flute glass.
Step 5.
- Top with 3 oz of chilled champagne.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
