Instructions
- Prepare the blueberry syrup by simmering 1 cup of blueberries with 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water until the blueberries burst. Strain and cool.
- Fill a Collins glass with ice.
- Add 2 oz of gin to the glass.
- Pour in 1 oz of fresh lemon juice and 1 oz of blueberry syrup.
- Top with soda water and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with fresh blueberries and a lemon wheel.
