Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add 2 oz of gin, 1 oz of lychee syrup, and 1 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a Collins glass filled with ice.
- Top off with 3 oz of soda water and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with a lychee fruit on a skewer or placed on the rim.
