Step 1.
- Fill a highball glass with ice.

- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of gin and 1 oz of fresh pineapple juice.
Step 3.
- Add 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice and 0.5 oz of simple syrup.
Step 4.
- Shake well and strain the mixture into the glass over ice.
Step 5.
- Top with soda water and stir gently.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry.
