Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add 2 oz of gin, 1 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 1 oz of apricot syrup to the shaker.
- Shake well until the mixture is chilled (about 15-20 seconds).
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a fresh apricot slice.
