Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add 2 oz of gin, 1 oz of elderflower liqueur, 1 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 1/2 oz of simple syrup to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and edible flowers.
