Step 1.
- Fill a shaker with ice.
Step 2.
- Add 2 oz of gin to the shaker.
Step 3.
- Squeeze the juice from 1 passionfruit into the shaker.
Step 4.
- Add 1 oz of fresh lemon juice.
Step 5.
- Pour in 3/4 oz of simple syrup.
Step 6.
- Shake well until chilled.
Step 7.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
Step 8.
- Top with soda water to fill the glass.
Step 9.
- Garnish with a half passionfruit and a sprig of mint.
