Instructions

Step 1.
- Muddle a sprig of fresh rosemary in the bottom of a shaker.
Step 2.
- Add 2 oz of gin, 1 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 3/4 oz of simple syrup to the shaker.
Step 3.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
Step 5.
- Top with 2 oz of club soda and gently stir to combine.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary and a lemon wheel.
