Gin Fizz Strawberry
A refreshing twist on the classic Gin Fizz, infused with the sweetness of strawberries for a delightful summer drink.
Instructions
- Muddle 3 fresh strawberries in a shaker until pureed.
- Add 2 oz gin, 1 oz fresh lemon juice, and 3/4 oz simple syrup to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a fresh strawberry and a sprig of mint.
