Gin Martini Bianco
A refreshing twist on the classic gin martini, using Bianco vermouth to add a sweeter, herbal complexity.
Instructions
- Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 ounces of gin and 1 ounce of Bianco vermouth.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Empty the ice water from the martini glass.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist, expressing the oils over the drink before adding it.
