Instructions
- Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a cocktail shaker, add 2 ounces of gin, 1 ounce of dry vermouth, and a pinch of salt.
- Add a few fresh basil leaves and muddle gently to extract their flavor.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
- Empty the ice water from the cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with a fresh basil leaf and a cherry tomato on a skewer.
