Step 1.
- Chill the martini glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.
Step 2.
- In a shaker filled with ice, combine gin, vermouth, and a few drops of chili oil.
Step 3.
- Stir gently to mix the ingredients well and chill them without diluting too much.
Step 4.
- Empty the ice water from the martini glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a thin slice of fresh chili on the rim or floated on top.
