Step 1.
- Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a mixing glass, add gin and dry vermouth.
Step 3.
- Add cucumber slices and muddle gently to release their flavor.
Step 4.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
Step 5.
- Remove ice water from the martini glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a fresh cucumber slice on the rim.
