Instructions
- Chill a cocktail glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to cool.
- In a shaker, combine 2 ounces of gin and 1 ounce of dry vermouth with ice.
- Add a splash of fresh grapefruit juice to the shaker.
- Shake gently for about 10-15 seconds to combine.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel.
