- In a mixing glass, combine 2.5 ounces of gin and 0.5 ounces of dry vermouth.
Step 3.
- Add a few drizzles of truffle oil to the mixing glass for an earthy flavor.
Step 4.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
Step 5.
- Empty the ice water from the martini glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
Step 6.
- Garnish with shavings of fresh truffle and a classic green olive.
