A refreshing twist on the classic mimosa, replacing champagne with gin for a herbal kick.

Instructions

- Chill a champagne flute in the fridge or by filling it with ice water for a few minutes.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 ounces of gin and 1 ounce of fresh orange juice.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake gently until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled champagne flute.
- Top up with 3 ounces of sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
