Gin Mojito

Instructions
- Muddle the mint leaves and sugar in the bottom of a highball glass to release the mint's essential oils.
- Squeeze the lime juice into the glass and add gin.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and top with soda water.

• 1 ounce Lime juice
• 2 ounces Gin
• 4 ounces Soda Water
• 1 cup Ice cubes
• 1 sprig Mint Sprig
• 1 slice Lime Wheel
