Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add 2 oz of gin to the shaker.
- Pour in 1 oz of fresh lemon juice.
- Add 3/4 oz of apricot syrup.
- Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a slice of apricot and a sprig of mint.
