Step 1.
- In a shaker, add 2 oz of gin, 3/4 oz of fresh lemon juice, 1/2 oz of simple syrup, and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
Step 2.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake well for about 15 seconds.
Step 3.
- Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass to remove any rosemary leaves.
Step 4.
- Garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary and a twist of lemon.
