Step 1.
- Fill a shaker with ice.

- Add 2 oz of gin, 3/4 oz of fresh lemon juice, 1/2 oz of simple syrup, and 1/2 oz of egg white to the shaker.
Step 3.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to combine the ingredients and froth the egg white.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
