A refreshing cocktail that combines gin with a mix of citrus and bitters, served over crushed ice to create a slushy texture.

Instructions

- Fill a Collins glass with crushed ice.
- In a shaker, add 2 oz of gin, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, 0.5 oz of simple syrup, and a few dashes of Angostura bitters.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Pour the mixture over the crushed ice in the Collins glass.
- Use a swizzle stick or a bar spoon to mix the drink, adding more crushed ice if necessary to create a slushy consistency.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel before serving.
