Half and Half (Guinness & Harp)
A classic Irish layered beer cocktail combining the rich, creamy texture of Guinness with the crisp, light flavor of Harp Lager.
Instructions

- Carefully pour Harp Lager over the back of a spoon to float it on top of the Guinness.
