Hennessy Collins
A refreshing twist on the classic Tom Collins, made with Hennessy Cognac, lemon juice, simple syrup, and soda water for a fizzy finish.
Instructions
- Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in 2 oz of Hennessy Cognac.
- Add 1 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Mix in 1 oz of simple syrup.
- Top off with soda water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and a cherry.
