Instructions
Step 1.
- Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes.
Step 2.
- Pour in 2 oz of Hennessy Cognac.
Step 3.
- Add 1 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Step 4.
- Mix in 1 oz of simple syrup.
Step 5.
- Top off with soda water and stir gently.
