Instructions
- Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2.5 oz of Hennessy Cognac and 0.5 oz of dry vermouth.
- Add ice to the shaker and stir gently for about 30 seconds to chill the mixture.
- Empty the chilled martini glass and strain the cocktail into it.
- Garnish with a twisted lemon peel.
