Highland Punch is inspired by traditional Scottish gatherings, where whisky was often mixed with fruit juices and spices to create a refreshing and communal beverage.

Instructions

Step 1.
- In a large punch bowl, combine 750 ml of Scotch whisky with 375 ml of orange juice and 375 ml of pineapple juice.
Step 2.
- Add 250 ml of ginger ale for fizziness.
Step 3.
- Stir in 150 g of fresh raspberries and 1 sliced orange.
Step 4.
- Fill the bowl with ice and stir gently to combine everything.
Step 5.
- Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and additional citrus slices before serving.
