Irish Boulevardier
A rich, herbal cocktail that marries Irish whiskey with the classic Boulevardier blend of sweet vermouth and Campari.
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add 1.5 ounces of Irish whiskey.
- Pour in 1 ounce of sweet vermouth.
- Add 1 ounce of Campari.
- Stir well until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
