Irish Manhattan
A twist on the classic Manhattan, using Irish whiskey for a smooth and rich flavor profile, complemented by sweet vermouth and aromatic bitters.
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add 2 ounces of Irish whiskey.
- Pour in 1 ounce of sweet vermouth.
- Add 2 dashes of aromatic bitters.
- Stir gently until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
