Irish Negroni
A twist on the classic Negroni, substituting Irish whiskey for gin, resulting in a smoother, richer flavor profile.
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add 1 oz of Irish whiskey.
- Pour in 1 oz of sweet vermouth.
- Add 1 oz of bitter aperitif (like Campari or a similar bitter).
- Stir well until the mixture is chilled.
- Strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
