Step 1.
- Brew a strong cup of coffee.
Step 2.
- In a heatproof glass, pour 1.5 ounces of Islay Scotch whisky.
Step 3.
- Add 1 ounce of brown sugar syrup and stir until dissolved.
Step 4.
- Fill the glass with hot coffee, leaving room at the top.
Step 5.
- Top with a generous layer of whipped cream.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a couple of coffee beans on top.
