Islay Coffee
A rich and smoky coffee cocktail featuring the distinct flavor of Islay Scotch, balanced with sweetness and creaminess.
Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of coffee.
- In a heatproof glass, pour 1.5 ounces of Islay Scotch whisky.
- Add 1 ounce of brown sugar syrup and stir until dissolved.
- Fill the glass with hot coffee, leaving room at the top.
- Top with a generous layer of whipped cream.
- Garnish with a couple of coffee beans on top.
