Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour 1 oz of green absinthe (representing green) over the ice.
- In a shaker, muddle fresh basil with 1 oz of simple syrup and juice from half a lemon.
- Strain the basil mixture over the absinthe in the glass.
- Carefully layer 1 oz of cranberry juice (representing red) on top by pouring it gently over the back of a spoon.
- Garnish with a fresh basil leaf.
