Instructions

Step 1.
- Pour the crème de cassis into the bottom of a Champagne flute.
Step 2.
- Slowly top with chilled Prosecco, allowing it to mix gently.
Step 3.
- Stir lightly if desired to combine the two ingredients without losing bubbles.
Step 4.
- Garnish with a few fresh blackcurrants on top.
